Toľko pivných stanov, tak málo času. Na mníchovskom Oktoberfeste si môžete vybrať medzi 17 hlavnými pivnými stanmi (plus 21 menších stanov) – čo stačí na vyplnenie dvoch týždňov festivalu.
Ale vybrať si „toho pravého“ môže byť zdrvujúce. Ktorý stan na Oktoberfest je dobrou voľbou pre rodiny, má najlepších jódlerov alebo je medzi miestnymi najobľúbenejší?
Ak máte konkrétny stan, ktorý by ste chceli navštíviť, pošlite rezervácie začiatkom roka, zvyčajne do marca. Kým sa kedysi rezervácie robili len telefonicky alebo faxom, fest sa konečne modernizuje a väčšina požiadaviek sa vybavuje online. Ale aj keď nemáte rezervácie, niektoré priestory sú vyhradené pre pochôdzky, ako napríklad soboty, nedele a sviatky.
Nemusíte si rezervovať stôl vopred (ale mali by ste) a vstup je voľný, takže navštívte všetky, aby ste si našli svojho favorita. Tu je sprievodca všetkými pivnými stanmi na Oktoberfeste.
Schottenhamel
Schottenhamel, ktorý sa datuje do roku 1867, je najstarším stanom na Oktoberfeste. Mnohí hovoria, že je to tiež najdôležitejšie, pretože Schotenhamel je miesto, kde všetko začína. V deň otvorenia Oktoberfestu o 12:00 začína mníchovský starosta festival načapovaním prvého suda piva výdatným ” O’zapft is !” v stane Schottenhamel.
Je to tiež jeden z najväčších stanov na Oktoberfeste s takmer 10 000 miestami na sedenie a je to miesto na párty pre mladých ľudí. Sídli tu mnoho mníchovských študentských organizácií a má prezývku Das Zelt der Jugend genannt (Stan mládeže).

Hofbräu
Najznámejšia pivnica Hofbräuhaus je otvorená celoročne v srdci Mníchova .
Na Oktoberfeste je tento obľúbený stan preplnený domácimi aj cudzincami. Vnútri má takmer 7 000 miest na sedenie a vzduch vypĺňa bavorská hudba oompah. Maskot stanu Aloisius visí zo stropu spolu s lustrami zahalenými do voňavého chmeľu.
Mnohí hostia a všetci čašníci sú oblečení v tradičnom oblečení a tento stan má veľmi živú atmosféru.

Marstall
Marstall, ktorý prevzal z povestného stanu Hippodrom v roku 2014, je najnovší stan a jeden z prvých stanov, ktoré uvidíte pri vstupe na Oktoberfest. V tomto luxusnom stane pre 3200 hostí vládnu zlaté kone. Nálada je civilizovaná s tancom vyhradeným pre zem (nie lavičky) a deti sú vítané až do večera.
Stravovanie je tu kreatívnejšie ako typické bavorské jedlo , dokonca ponúka vegetariánske a bezlepkové jedlá. Objednajte si sekt (šumivé víno) u Steina a zaraďte ho na tento Oktoberfest.

Hacker-Pschorr
S takmer 10 000 miestami na sedenie je Hacker ďalším z veľkých stanov na Oktoberfeste. Jeho idylický strop je namaľovaný ako nebo s modrou oblohou a bielymi mrakmi, odrážajúcimi modrú a bielu bavorskú vlajku. Miestni obyvatelia nazývajú tento stan Himmel der Bayern (Nebo pre Bavorov ) a v obzvlášť pekných dňoch sa dá strecha zložiť .
Ak si potrebujete oddýchnuť od tradičných dychoviek, stan Hacker je pre vás tou správnou voľbou. Po 19-tej hodine sa atmosféra spestrí a na drevených lavičkách roztancuje rocková kapela.
Toto je tiež najlepšie miesto na ukončenie festivalu, pretože sa tu koná neoficiálny záverečný ceremoniál Oktoberfestu s prskavkami a spevom.

Augustiner
U Augustinera vládne tradícia. Pivo sa stále podáva z drevených sudov a mnohí Muenchnerovci to považujú za najlepší stan na Oktoberfeste. Je to tiež jedna z najlepších možností pre rodiny. V spojení s Family Days v utorok má tento stan „Deň detí“, kde môžu malí hostia jesť a piť so zľavou.
Môže byť však ťažké dostať sa dnu, pretože 200 stolov je zvyčajne vyhradených pre stálych hostí.

Winzerer Fähndl
This is the largest tent at Oktoberfest with seating for almost 11,000 people. Winzerer Fähndl and its world-famous Paulaner beer is easily spotted with its six-meter (80-foot) high rotating Paulaner beer glass.
Enter the tent with thousands of FC Bayern Munich soccer fans and locals, both young and old.

Löwenbräu
The 15-foot lion sitting above the entrance of the Löwenbräu tent is hard to miss. Every now and then it even lets out a majestic roar of “Lööööwenbräu” and takes a sip from its beer.
No wonder local soccer players from TSV 1860 and their fans like to come here – their nickname is “The Lions”. Inside, the almost 6,000 seats feel like they are within a giant beer barrel which suits the older local crowd.

Ochsenbraterei
A massive ox on a revolving spit showcases the highlight of this tent. The name is appropriately German for “ox rotisserie”.
The tent has been around since 1881 and is a great place to party to a big brass band and eat the iconic meal of ochsen spieß. It is just as much about the food as the beer.

Armbrustschützenzelt
This beer tent translates as “crossbow shooters tent” for good reason; a crossbow competition has been organized at Oktoberfest since 1895 and is still one of the highlights of Oktoberfest today.
If you are not into shooting sports, you can still have a great time with live music, dancing, and sing-alongs.

Pschorr-Bräurosl
Enter past the two 20-meter-high maibäume (maypoles) to reach the Bräurosl beer tent that has been serving up the beers and party since 1901. It is still owned by the same family.
Alongside Oompah bands, the Bräurosl is proud to have its own authentic Bavarian yodeler. But its not entirely orthodox as the first Saturday is “Gay Sunday“.

Käfer’s Wies’n-Schänke
Want to spot some celebrities? Your chances are pretty high at Käfer’s Wies’n-Schänke. With 3,000 seats, it is one of the smaller Oktoberfest tents and the atmosphere is less hectic, more luxury. The tent is also famous for its lavish gourmet food.
The Käfer’s Wies’n-Schänke is open late, but that doesn’t make it any easier to make it past the velvet rope. For the best chance at a seat, you might try the additional 1,900 seats in the biergarten.

Schützen
Close to the famous Bavaria statue, this small beer tent is actually off the main drag and full of locals. It used to be fairly quiet, but its cozy atmosphere has made it more popular recently.
It is known for its shooting hall complete with 100 shooting stands. This is where the local shooting clubs host their championships.

Fischer Vroni
Take a break from the pork and visit Fischer Vroni. True to its name, this seafaring tent in the middle of Bavaria features a boat for a stage and is famous for its grilled “fish on a stick“, plus 16 other kinds of fish on the menu.
This is also the location of of a large LGBT party on the second Monday.

Weinzelt
Amid a sea of beers, this is the place to get a glass of wine. The small wine tent has an extensive wine list as well as sekt (sparkling wine). If you must have a beer, Paulaner Weissbier is also on offer.
Besides traditional Oktoberfest dishes, the wine tent has seafood and Thai on its menu. The tent is also not as crowded as other Oktoberfest venues, and you’ll find many families among the visitors enjoying the normal tables with seat backs.
It is also quite late (until 1am) so it is the ideal location for a nightcap.
